Bass&Body
1 on 1 Vibroacoustic
Sound Healing Session
Introducing Bass&Body, a one-on-one vibroacoustic sound healing session designed to vibrate the body and regulate the nervous system using electronic frequencies and modern sound healing techniques.
My name is Tommy Dill, and I’ve facilitated over 500 in-person and virtual group sound healing sessions in Colorado under the name Soundularity. My sound services are regularly sought out for ceremonies, corporate wellness, social clubs, and everything in between, due to my unique blend of modern electronics, acoustic instruments, and traditional sound healing techniques. After six years of group-only experiences and countless requests for individual work, I’m proud to present a 1:1 session that merges my approach to group sound healing with the cutting-edge healing modality known as vibroacoustics.
Participants relax on a custom-built vibrating sound bed while listening to tranquil, penetrating soundscapes performed bedside in real time through high-fidelity headphones. Four tactile transducers are strategically placed on the underside of the bed, ensuring that specific 432 Hz frequencies sent to the ears are also felt and synchronized with corresponding areas of the body. Additionally, a handheld vibration device—also synced with the sound—is provided, allowing recipients to apply vibration to any area of their body.
Although each session is custom-tailored to the needs of the participant, one specific frequency is the primary focus during the first half of the session. Stimulating the body at a sub-bass frequency of 40 Hz (also known as gamma stimulation) has been shown in numerous research studies to improve brain health and promote healing across a wide range of ailments and conditions, including:
ADHD
Alzheimer’s disease
Anxiety and stress
Arthritis
Autism
Blood circulation issues
Depression and mood disorders
Digestive issues
Fibromyalgia
Pain management
Parkinson’s disease
PTSD
If there is one “magic frequency” that truly has evidence backing its healing qualities, it’s 40 Hz. Research on this subject is extensive, with Alzheimer’s disease leading the way as one of the most widely studied beneficiaries of 40 Hz stimulation. Vibroacoustic therapy has spawned a growing body of evidence-based scholarly articles in recent years due to rising awareness of its therapeutic benefits.
For your convenience, I have compiled a comprehensive list of research studies and articles, separated by category, here.
The Bass&Body Experience
The first portion of the session begins with pure analog 40 Hz sine waves vibrating your cells and loosening muscle tissue, while simultaneously slowing your brainwaves into the calm, dreamlike state known as theta. Additional therapeutic frequencies within the 432 Hz tuning system gradually fade in as white noise and lush atmospheric drones fill out the sonic spectrum, creating a mesmerizing soundscape that gently relaxes the body and mind into a tranquil state of bliss.
The second portion of the session is where deeper customization begins. The listener has the option to either
a) choose from the available modalities listed on the evaluation form, or
b) leave it up to me to determine the most appropriate direction for the remainder of the session based on your specific needs.
The available experience modalities include:
BrainBath – Brainwave entrainment techniques using electronic frequencies. Binaural beats and isochronic tones stimulate and entrain brainwaves. Bilateral audio, commonly used in EMDR, engages both left and right brain hemispheres, activating both sides of the body.
SpaSoak – Pure relaxation bliss. Atmospheric drones and calming soundscapes promote deep, restorative rest.
Meditation – Traditional sound healing techniques focused on stillness and mindfulness, using singing bowls, tuning forks, and shamanic percussion.
Serenata – An emotional serenade featuring your choice of select acoustic instruments, such as charango, guitar, handpan, or Native American flute.
Sessions are based in Denver, Colorado and are available in 1- or 2-hour durations. Please fill out the intake form below and contact me to schedule your session today!
